Applebee's - Plant City

My wife and I stopped at this location yesterday for lunch and ordered some bone in chicken wings for our appetizer. We cut into the the drumettes and realized that they were still raw and ask for another order. 10 minutes later, the waitress had brought usa fresh batch and to our surprise, the chicken was still raw and undercooked. The Cesar salad that my wife ordered had nodressing and bone dry as well. What kind of cook does this place have? Beware of this location people. Luckily we checked thechicken or we would?ve been sick. They deducted the wings but they should?ve gave us a discount on the entire bill. Won?t usethis location again. It was terrible!!

Food was warm at best. Service was horrible and they were NOT busy. Don't think it was 100% a server problem but more a kitchen staff issue. (also heard fighting going on in the kitchen) A half hour to get drinks, an hour for appetizers and salads. Then anhour and a half to finally receive our entrees (gummy overcooked barely warm pasta) while we watched 2 other tables be seated,served and their entrees come out at the same time ours did. Second time with service this bad at this location so we will notbe back.

Guess this is considered garlic parmesian at the plant city location. Looks absolutely disgusting, can't believe this is for $12.29. Save your money and go somewhere that attempts quality food.

I am new to the area. I've been to this particular Applebee's two times. The first time my roommate and I ordered our food ,and it was tasty. The service was lousy. The young lady that's behind the bar ignored us. She hardly made eye contact with us, andthe restaurant/ bar wasn't busy. The second time we went We ended up leaving. We walked in during Latin night. The music wasgood and so was the crowd. We found a spot at the bar sat down.I got up to go to the bathroom when I came back the bar wascleared out. My roommate ordered a soda I ordered a lemonade and a drink for happy hour. We then ordered our food. My roommateordered queso with beef and I ordered a simple Wonton Tacos we also got a chicken quesadilla. My roommate specified thatwhenever the food comes up you can bring it out it doesn't have to be brought out at the same time. About a half hour into afterplacing our order. Another barmaid came out with an order of Nacho Supreme and told us that the kitchen made a mistake insteadof queso they made Nacho Supreme. Wow big mistake from queso with beef. She Tried pushing it on us we said no we sat there foranother 30 minutes with no food. The bartender that originally took the order did not come back by us and see if we neededsomething to drink did not even make eye contact with us again. A couple came in and sat down next to us they had their foodbefore we did, and they ordered similar to ours.We sat there for over an hour waiting for three appetizers. So we left and wewon't be returning. There was a total of 6 people sitting at the bar. My suggestion is hire bartenders that stay attentive totheir patrons.Two times, same lousy bartender same lousy service. On a lighter note the food is Good we actually really enjoyedthe chicken Wonton tacos.The service just stinks.

The food was fantastic, and Kathleen provided exceptional service. I'll definitely be returning!
