Wendy's - Plano

This Wendy’s is the pinnacle of a success, the joy and tears this Wendy’s brought me on a very sad day (personally). I will be returning to this wonderland of food and personality. The managers, the cashiers, the cooks, and the service all around was immaculate. The food was hot but not too hot, the drink didn’t taste like syrup water, and the cashier in the front was very helpful and patient in taking my order. This place of work, no this place of wonder was truly worth the wait, the time, and the hunger. I personally wanted to meet and shake the hand of the managers and employee but that would’ve just felt weird. Would i give 6 stars if i could? No, i would give 10. If you’re ever in need of food on a hungry day and you have the time i would HIGHLY recommend visiting at least one a week so the flavor doesn’t get boring and you can have a break in between visits. Thank you Wendy’s 3200 Custer rd for the delicious 10 star meal and making my day better!

The young girls who work there are so unprofessional! They heard laughs in the car thru mic, they scream and play in the store. You should be fired! Where is management?! I went away and I'm never going back to this place.

Only a really bad day for Wendys maybe, but the chicken sandwich was full of tendons, the coke machine had a bad carbonization to the syrup taste. The place is updated, but things already start to deteriorate strongly in the store. The staff was not friendly. Everyone is on the phone and is dishonestly loud with vulgar language. I'm sorry I was an inconvenience for your paycheck!

Please don't go to this restaurant I just left out to do to an employee standing there by digging the food in her nose and not gloves when I told the manager that they find it funny and let the old lady go and eat to drive through the area without washing her hands. I recommended not to eat at this Wendy's.

This place is not the same. Your customer service is done. I've been a loyal Wendys fan for many years. My experience today was not what I expected. When I went up to the second window, I got my food without recognition of my presence. No welcome after the lady gave me my food, we noticed that we missed one of our chocolate shakers. I let her know without her recognition that she came back and gave me my chocolateshake that no single word excused. There was nothing complete silence. I understand that times are difficult when it comes to finding the right person. Not everyone is built for customer service. I'm sure this young lady can have some other attributes she owns, but the work of the window is not one.
