Wendy's - Plano

I had a great experience at the drive-through of this Wendy's. My order was taken quickly and confirmed for accuracy. When I received my food, it was served hot, and everything was correct. I’ll definitely stop by the Wendy's drive-through again the next time I'm in West Plano!

The 4 for 4 deal is currently the best value in fast food. The Bacon Jr. Cheeseburger is delicious, and it comes with spicy nuggets, small fries, and a small drink—all for just $4! You really can't beat that. It's even a better option than the $5 big bag because the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger is such a standout.

The chicken sandwich is fantastic. The restaurant is clean, and the facilities are well-maintained. However, it can be a bit challenging to locate.

This place is like BAD. I tried to order French breakfast. The toast is not on the menu board. The woman who served me was so rude. At first she asked me how many. I said: 1. Then she literally shouts at the microphone, you want 4 or 6? I said four. She was obviously not happy to be there or hates her job so bad. When I waited at the window to pay, the dining area was all dark, no one is there, not even 1 car in the parking lot. I thought they weren't open yet, but it was 10:30. I was the only customer. When I gave her my credit card, the checkout was hidden, I can't even see her and took her for a while to finish the transaction. Don't give me a good feeling. But at McDonald or Starbucks, you can see clearly when they clear the credit card fees. When I get the food, I was so shocked. They were all so crazy oily, the look is far from the image they promote. My son won't even touch it. What a waste of money and energy. Take me a bad Sunday morning to start my day. Never back to this place. What a nightmare. If I can give 0 stars, I'd be total. I wonder if Wendy's cooperation even takes care of their customer and food quality.

It was pretty good, a few times I went there. However, the worker messed up my order when I was there last time.
