Tacos Chaco - Plano

This is truly a hidden game , a hole in a wall taco shop inside a convenience store next to a car wash in an unappealing location in east Plano. Had the pork taco plate and it was perfect. Wasn’t greasy or over seasoned. The salsa and topping station is a big plus. Very comforting food for sure.

I ordered the barbacoa taco plate, the meat did not seem cooked all the way, and it did not taste very well. The rice and beans did not taste homemade. In opinion it tasted like it came from a can. The salsa was okay but not very spicy. With that being said, the customer service was amazing, I asked the gentleman who took my order if I could exchange the tacos for something else. He was very understanding and made me steak tacos. The steak taco were good. Also I noticed this location does not use gloves when cooking or handling food. Also the menu is not up to date. On the posted menu the taco plate is 8.99 and i was charged 9.99.I have them 2 stars because the gentleman had great customer service but this place is a pass.

Grill was really clean and the cook took our order. Young guy on Wed,8/30, really friendly.People please wake up to the value here...stop giving taco bell and taco bueno your business trust. The people and workers always do their best....but it is important we reward the self starters. The large company mind set has not been good for us. Give these guys a chance!

Well, I ordered 7 tacos to take away and they only gave me 6, what a bad vibe.
