But it is very much going down with quality and even quantity. The meet was cooked ,who knows when.it seemed just kept hot forever.the pico, sourcream and salad was also old.The tortillas were always the best there fresh made, they have shrunk in thickness and in size. We will not go there anymore and spend our money on old food. To bad but they are seriously need to change !!!
I hate they closed our Frisco locations. Great food and drinks. Street tacos are awesome!
The manager. Rude, loud, and very obnoxious. Do NOT waste your time. I never leave bad reviews, even if there is slightly a bad experience. This was a horrible one. The manager was loud and mocking her customers in the back for the entire dining room to hear. I forgot to mention, the smell of this location when you walk in is horrible. Is smells like it hasn't been cleaned for months. Almost has that homeless smell. Please, do not go here. Run.
I do not understand why Taco Cabana does not serve potatoes all day long like other Mexican restaurants do. I called the one off of Spring Creek and the Manager Ashley is. She is a NO PERSON. I told her I would be giving her a 1 star and she said OKAY. No hesitation or a sorry. GOOD RIDDANCE!
On three separate occasions, I tried to use their curbside service. The first time, no one answered the phone, so I had to go inside. The second time, my call was sent straight to voicemail, and when I mentioned this to the staff inside, they simply shrugged and acknowledged it without much care. The last time, I decided to use their mobile app, parked in the designated spot, called, and once again, I was sent to voicemail. When I went inside, I asked one of the staff members if curbside service was actually available, and to my surprise, she admitted, "No, not really. We don’t do that." I appreciate their honesty, and I didn't complain, even though my little one was fussy while we waited. I carried my child on my shoulder until we finally received our food. I don’t necessarily expect curbside service; I know many places don’t offer it. However, I would have chosen a different restaurant if I had known curbside was not truly available. While I can use the drive-thru—I've done it before—the app does offer rewards for mobile orders, which is why I want to take advantage of that feature. Yet, like the Taco Bell on Parker, they've decided not to provide curbside or drive-thru mobile pickups. Being honest about this would give options to older customers, those with disabilities, or anyone juggling children. The food is good—it's Taco Cabana—but they need to remove the signs indicating curbside service if they're not going to provide it. Thanks for understanding from a weary mama.
