Taco Bueno - Plano

The woman noticed that I was waiting for my order, glanced at me, and then returned to her phone. There were cockroaches in the restroom, and they also discussed the infestation in Spanish. The service was extremely poor.

I have been visiting this Taco Bueno for years, and I've consistently experienced great service. The place is always clean and usually not too crowded. It's one of the few remaining Taco Buenos in the area, and I would be really upset if it ever closed down.

I had an amazing taco platter to go, complete with beans and rice. It was fantastic! It reminded me of the quirky creativity of a crazy hat maker. Hahaha! What a fun experience!

Update: 8/11/22 I called three times today and it is now 12:53 and its telephone line is still busy. What a joke! 8/10/22 I was in this Taco Bueno a lot, but today was the worst ever! I ordered beans and cheese nachos with the beans and cheeses on the side and they put them in a huge black polystyrene container of themselves and they over the whole outside. The chips were so stable that they were not edible! I tried to call three times today to let them know what happened and the line is busy.

Customer service gets 5 stars! We went through the drive thru and they were attentive and polite. They got our order wrong and we didn't know until we got back home. We went back and they let us keep the stuff we didn't pay for and gave us the stuff we were missing. All with a smile and no argument!
