Taco Bell - Plano

I placed my order a few hours ago, just before the afternoon. The process was quick and easy, my order was accurate, and the woman at the drive-thru was very pleasant.

The staff took my order, and I had three soft tacos, which were good. However, they mistakenly charged me for a higher-priced option instead of the regular soft tacos. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

I stopped by for lunch hoping to grab a drink, but inside, I was told by a rude employee to use the kiosk to place my order. I explained that all I wanted was a drink, but she still refused to serve me. I don’t remember signing up to work at Taco Bell! I won't be returning.

We ordered Tacos and Nachos, they were okay. I had waited long and the service was terrible. Food: 3/5

Taco Bell is what it is, but the ladies here are a treat. They’re talking, laughing, having a great time with each other, and are super nice. They make a pretty darn good bean burrito too.
