Starbucks - Plano

I asked for a glass of water (which is usually free), but the woman told me it costs 25 cents for kids. She said it was a corporate policy and that it wasn't her fault, even though it clearly was (the manager's name was Taylar with an A).

I was pleasantly surprised by this place; I really enjoyed it!

This location’s inside the Tomthumb. The ladies there are very rules and mean to the customer, if u have ordered the wrong drink, they would acted so mad to make u another drink and talking very mean,better not order from here..Dont recommended this place. They think they’re the only one starbucks location?

We spent the Thanksgiving Holidays family in Plano. If we need coffee to go, we visited this Starbucks business 4 times. Every time our drinks were exactly the way we ordered, and the interior of the shop was clean. The Baristas were all very nice.
