Sprinkles Plano

Sprinkles has the best cupcakes ever! I have been a loyal customer since they opened their first store in Dallas. They are not overly sweet and just perfect. My favorite is the Red Velvet, but the Strawberry and Chocolate Marshmallow flavors are also delicious.

I recently visited this bakery and I must say, it was an amazing experience! They have new kiosks that are very user-friendly, but the girl at the front counter, who wrote her name as Victoria on the ticket, was fantastic! She explained how they turn oatmeal cookies into granola and convinced me to try the lemon berry cupcake. She was incredible and really brightened my day! The cupcakes were so delicious that they didn't last long at all - they were moist and clearly freshly made. Thank you Sprinkles, I will definitely be returning soon!

I have a fondness for sprinkles, but unfortunately, this restaurant always seems to be lacking in them. I'm not sure if they don't stock enough cupcakes in the ATM or if it's always crowded with customers right after it's refilled (which is recommended at 10:30, but the message stays there). I have been a fan of this chain across several states for many years, but I am disappointed that this location, which is closest to me, seems to have this issue. Perhaps I will drive the extra 20 minutes to the Dallas location, as they always seem to have cupcakes available.

Folds have the best cupcakes and have now made ordering so much easier. The ordering process is impressive.

Received cupcakes as a gift so it’s hard to even write a review but people should know. The double chocolate and vanilla were very VERY dry… and the icing tasted old. My homemade chocolate would put these to shame. The red velvet cupcake was actually pretty good without the icing. Expansion is not always good for a business when quality suffers.
