Sonic Drive-in - Plano

Ordered. Then not even a minute, the order came out. The fastest Sonic run I’ve ever experienced. Lives up to its name.

Worst sonic ever, their not even busy and taking forever just to bring one drink. I even see all the employee just sitting around doing nothing. They never even brought the drink, so i had to rehit the red button again had to reorder after I already paid. Will not be buying from this location.

Awesome food! Great snacks. Paulina is a great employee very kind and always greets you with a big smile, when she brings your food to your vehicle.

I stopped at this Sonic just to get a snack and shake for me and my granddaughter. The service was great, the food was good. I stopped going to Sonic a few years ago because I never carry cash and always pay with card. I always tip food service workers because they're so underpaid for a thankless job. Not at Sonic. They're technology is at least 10 years behind. You can't add a tip to your charge because they're system is not set up to do that. They think so very little of their employees they don't upgrade their system. I guess I have to continue boycotting them. Very sad.

Oh, man! Customer service GREAT! disappointment for my first visit to this location!
