Snappy Salads W Park Blvd - Plano

I can't share how the atmosphere or service is because my order was placed for deliver. First time eating here. I was excited but there was something missing from my order and it was important to me. I called and spoke to an employee who somehow got disconnected. Called back three times no answer. Not happy. I've worked in customer service 15 years and this is just not it.

I came in Sunday evening to pickup an online order. The order wasn’t ready, and the first girl started to make it for me. She was very accommodating. I sat in the lobby to wait, and few moments later I see what looks to be a manager come from the back, and get onto the person making the order.The older white lady then angrily walks towards me, and the first words out of her mouth are “Do you speak English?”. After I told her I did she proceeded to tell me I’m the 4th person to come pickup the order. She seemed very upset about the matter, and didn’t realize she was directing her anger towards the wrong person. I’ve never had someone question whether I can talk to them or not.Won’t be coming back.

I think this is 2d time at this location before I did reviews. Time for a salad after excellent one at Northpark mall in Dallas. Pick one from menu board or make your own. Good to meet up with friends and family for lunch. They make your very fast if you need to get in/out.

Good food. I miss their spicy seasoning with chocolate and chili, though. The service was good. The restaurant was clean. I went during nonrush hour, so I had the place to myself. They have lovely soft drink options and fresh refreshments as well. Overall a great experience.Food: 5/5

Last in there was very nice. I created a salad with pulled chicken. Came home and weighed the chicken. The pulled chicken was only 2 oz.... $16 for a salad with 9 grams of protein. What a joke. I won't be back.
