Potbelly - Plano

I just went through the drive through at 11:30am. I was the only car in the drive through...not busy. I spent $21 on a small soup, sandwich, two cookies and a small soda. I tipped $5.00 in cash. I received no spoon for my soup. I also received no crackers (I'm not sure if the potpie soup is to come with crackers). This is the soup I received. It is really watery and the chunks in it (I am assuming are crust) look pretty bad. I am throwing it out. I have had this soup many times and it has always been amazing. With my tip my meal was almost $27.00. That is a sustantial amount for what I received. Please do better.

I haven't eaten at Potbelly in years and I see why my sandwich barely had any meat on it and had no taste I would have done better making it myself.

Decently busy with there being a drive up and pickup. The staff was friendly and the food came out hot and delicious.

My family and I love sandwiches shops. Must have been an off day for this location during our last visit. Not sure if staff was new, or what the issue was.Each of our sandwiches were missing ingredients. Avocado turkey had no avocado on two sandwiches. The Italian was missing cheese, etc. Not only were the sandwiches missing ingredients, but the sandwiches were not that good in general.The soda fountain did not have carbonation. Our party and several others all asked about it and they said they had fixed the issue, which was obviously not the case.Service was sub par, with hardly anyone in the store. I do think the drive through was busy, but should not have affected the in store experience.My wife loves the avocado turkey sandwich from Potbelly, but our last couple experiences are turning us away from the chain.

I’ve order twice from here and twice they’ve gotten the bread wrong. Wheat or White. Seems like my order should be right at least 50% of the time.
