I've been to multiple Pho Que Huong locations and honestly their food just never disappoints! There's multiple places to get Vietnamese food in the area, but this one has kept it's spot as one of my top favorites. The meat is always cooked perfectly so flavorful and tender. Personally I love their vermicelli but I've tried many items and they have all around consistently good food. I don't think you could go wrong with any choice. The only thing I would say is that the service is not consistently especially friendly/helpful, so it would be nice if they improved in that area, but I'm going to still keep going for the food :
Pho portion is good (large bowl). I’ve never had shredded lettuce (just normal lettuce) or fried onions in spring rolls before. It was different but didn’t taste bad.
I got the Bangkok Rice Noodle Soup and just fyi it is not chicken and shrimp like it says on the online menu, it's shrimp and squid. Also the soup has a tomato base, I've been going to Pho Que Huong for years and I'm a little disappointed by this soupbowl, but I was curious and wanted to try something new. Their other soups are super good, especially their beef noodle soups,so probably try to avoid the Bandkok soup, the tomato does not taste right with the shrimp.
Food was bland. Not much flavor in the Pho we ordered. Service was non-existent. No refill in water. Best part was they forgot the egg rolls we ordered and tried to charge when it's ready to pay.
