Palio's Pizza Cafe Plano

No complaints whatsoever! My calzone was delicious. I ordered ahead and only have to wait a couple of minutes. The small calzone is large enough to share, unless you're a big eater. I ate half of it in the restaurant and took to remaining home. The garlic butter is delicious, so is the marinara. Next time I'll ask for extra marinara. The restaurant is very clean and organized. It's a really comfortable environment. I'll be back! Hopefully the location near me in Firewheel is just as good as the Plano location.

Yesterday the wife and I were looking for a new pizza place in the Plano/Richardson area. We have driven past Palio's Pizza Cafe in Plano numerous times while going to various shops in the shopping center they are located in so we figured they were worth a try. To say we wish we had stopped in sooner is an understatement! The two medium pizzas we ordered, the King and the Pestino were really good. They are officially on our rotation list and I won't be surprised if we order the same thing again this Friday!!

This pizza place is a joke. It used to be one of my favorite pizza places in the neighborhood, but I have no idea what happened over the years because the manager and the workers here are rude and unprofessional. Today I ordered a large BBQ chicken pizza over the phone. The worker who took my order seemed annoyed when she picked up the phone and while she was talking to me, but I didn't think much of it and placed my order. I picked up my order and went home. When I got home, I realized that they gave me the wrong pizza, so I gave them a call. (I ordered BBQ chicken. They gave me Buffalo chicken. The worker who picked up the phone was the one who took my order. She claimed that I was the one who ordered wrong. I told her I have never ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza in my life, so there would be no reason for me to mix that up. Then she preceded to place me on hold for nearly fifteen minutes. Nobody checked in to let me know that they were getting the manager. Nothing. Just beeps from being on hold. The manager also was no help. He kept trying to drag on the situation, and I didn't want to waste more time, so I requested a refund. They told me to come get it and hung up on me. Honestly the situation could have easily been resolved if either the initial employee or the manager had simply apologized for the error and the wait and actually tried to help me get the right pizza. But no, they apparently don't care about their customers.

Love the pizza and it is great every time . Will continue to go there.it's very clean and everyone is friendly

I really wanted to like this place as it's convenient for us and close to our house but it just wasn't tasty. The pizza didn't taste very good and the other menu items we had weren't much better. Unfortunate!!
