Jack In The Box - Plano

Good service and food. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

I just visited, after having a bad experience at another Jack, and boy these guys are great! The guy at the drive-thru window (this is late at night by the way) greeted me nicely and even asked how I was doing! I have NEVER EVER had anyone from a fast food place ask me that. This is truly great service. They also move fast and although they had a line, they were fast enough to get all the cars moving quickly. Overall great service and very satisfied! P.S. food was fresh and tasty. Order was correct and included plenty of salsas for my tacos without me even asking!

I don't know who came up with Jack in the Box tacos, but they are awesome. Not totally vegan. They have some chicken and beef according to what i could find online. Awesome! Crispy! The bacon cheese burger is like, WOW! What just happened? Try it. Not your regular fast food fare. Enjoy!

Absolutely perfect! The lady at the window was extremely courteous and gave me extra hot sauce! The food came out quick and the tacos were fresh and tasty! 5 stars

Their sign says drive thru open 24 hrs but they are not!!! I came to get some food at 4am and the lady said they only serve “doordash or uber” at this hour! WHAAAAAT?! They should remove their “open 24 hr sign” if they are not gonna do what is announced!!!
