Gong Cha Plano

Tried their dirty brown sugar milk tea with 50% sugar and it was delicious, going back to it two days in a row. The servers are very fun to talk while waiting for drink and they’re great at giving suggestions on what to add to make your drink extra fabulous. Recommend it !Food: 5/5

Staff was funny and nice, tea was excellent.Star taken off because the space could easily be made more enjoyable to hang out in with some different Decour choices. the lights were very bright , The Andy Warhol quotes chosen were a bit dystopian, the furniture wasn’t as comfy to hang. Gong Cha is an international successful chain, not a local small business so that makes me feel OK in voicing those criticisms.I’m not sure how long they’ve been at this location, I will visit again.

I have no idea but it doesn’t taste good… I visited this store 4 times before. The experience were great, but today the drink has bitter taste and weird texture of fruit. Probably will stop visiting the shop

Horrible service !! They can't separate the boba out of my drink even if we pay for it! They don't want any business.
