Domino's Pizza - Plano

I ordered my pizza at 12:47 clock, tracker said it was quality checked at 12:55 clock. it is now 1:45 clock, I called at 1:35 clock, spoke to the manager and he said the reason why my pizza is late because the shipper was from another delivery before my back because the order was wrong. I answered what this has to do with my pizza? his suggestion was to place the order again and pick it up myself. I told him if I wanted to pick up, I would have ordered my order to pick up. he said it will be there in 15-20 minutes. it is now 1:50pm and still no delivery! worst delivery service!

What we ordered vs what we got. A deluxe with black olives added, an olive pizza. Fail. Oh sure, they'll remake it, but not willing to drive the 20 minutes to deliver it. Oh yeah, and the guy in the food prep area playing with his hair, then touching food, then handling his phone, then touching food....

Ordered med. Hand tossed, sausage, mushrooms onions. Prompt service, delicious fresh food ?

Zachary the delivery guy is the BEST! Special requested to sing the ninja turtle theme song when we opened the door and he actually did it! Hands down best pizza delivery ever!!!!! Totally epic!

Chicken bacon ranch pizza was great, but how the heck was it almost $20 for just the one pizza?!? Last I remember it was only around $9!
