Denny's - Plano

My waitress was santiea- she was very polite. that was delicious. the service was fast. the service was so extraordinary that the employee who cleared the table noticed that the sun shined in our faces, he pulled the shadow without even being asked. I would definitely go out of mine to visit this place again.

T-Mobile Tuesday deals had a free short stack of pancakes. Went late night to try and they were out of many items, luckily nothing I was eating. Service was decent, coffee was warm, not hot, but good enough.

Had the patty melt and they let me substitute my french fries with mashed potatoes and gravy. Not crowded.

All I can say Is this is the best Denny's I have ever ate with my family . The food was freshly made given to us in a short wait time . The server Ms.Eleni did an outstanding customer service , always attentive and making sure we were taken care off . Definitely coming back soon !

Order online arrived for curbside pick up called the number provided 30 tines no response.. I was not feeling well and had children in the car. I had to get out due to no answer let them know I was outside then went back to car.. after 1hr of waiting and still no answer I went back in for a refund. Manager did they are short staff and that is understandable but an hr wait is not. And the manager showed no empathy and issued a refund that I have to wait 5-7 days for.. order was $51.. So not only did I not receive food for my family I did not receive my money to go buy more food. Another customer waiting said they saw me go in there twice and since the food was almost ready the manager should give it to me especially since I couldn't get my money right away ofcourse he said no. So I'm now 4 days later still no money.
