Delucca Gaucho Pizza And Wine Plano

We had a wonderful dining experience tonight celebrating Alex Attack's 14th birthday! Rebeca and her team were top notch and made us feel welcome and appreciated! Great food and a great experience! Thank you to the Delucca management and staff. Here is one more big shout out for Rebecca going the extra mile to make our family event a wonderful success!

I've visited this restaurant twice, and our most recent brunch wasn't the best experience. We faced long wait times for service, especially toward the end of our meal. Our table didn’t have the go/stop indicator like others, which might have led the servers to think we were finished. I noted that it took at least 10 minutes for our original waiter to return and ask for the check. While he did come by once to see if we wanted anything else after our request, no one followed up until I asked for the check later. It could be that they were understaffed, but it felt like he prioritized tables with bar drink orders. In total, we spent about 1 hour and 15 minutes there, and the experience could have been quicker. I will likely return, but perhaps not during Sunday brunch hours. Overall, the servers were friendly, but our main waiter could have checked in more frequently and been more attentive.

The pizza was delicious!? I love the variety that you get to try. I still had a lot of options even with a pork allergy. We had an amazing server- Alisson! he was very attentive, nice and accommodating. Our table wobbled and he made the attempt to fix it! The pizza was really good, ? Nutella pizza was my favorite!?

First time here, had amazing service great food! our waiter Moe, super nice, very attentive. Will definitely recommend place waiter. There's various pizzas here to try! We weren't sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. The appetizers were flavorful and of excellent quality. The service was attentive and very good. The pizza was served hot and was delicious, featuring some intriguing flavors that we thoroughly enjoyed exploring.
