Chipotle Mexican Grill - Plano

The food was absolutely delicious, and while the service was just alright, that's likely due to the high volume of customers who love dining here. About 80% of the long line was made up of to-go orders, but I was surprised by how quickly we were able to get in and out. Overall, the food deserves a solid 5 out of 5!

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant, which seems to depend on who you encounter. I decided to stop by since it’s conveniently located on my street. I arrived at 3:30 PM on November 14, 2022, and there was a server on the line who really helped me out—she did an excellent job. The service was great and quick. I didn’t catch her name, but she really deserves recognition for her hard work. I know it’s tough to find dedicated staff in the service industry, so I hope the management takes good care of her. The rest of the staff appeared busy, so I can’t comment on them, but I’m sure they’re doing a great job as well. Thanks for all the effort! Oh, and I forgot to mention in my previous review that the food was fantastic! The rice was flavorful, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Thank you!

I've been using the mobile app to place orders for a few months, and I can say that most of my orders have either been incorrect or I've received someone else's order in my bag (with my name on it, but the contents belonging to another customer). I've also had a frustrating experience when I go to the store to pick up my mobile order. Often, my order isn't on the rack, and when I approach the cashier for assistance, either no one is available to help, or there’s no one at the front desk at all. I've found myself waiting at my designated pickup time with no one to assist me. The service is quite poor, and even though the company offers me free coupons whenever they mess up my order, I still won’t be returning. It would be nice to actually get my mobile order right just once. This place used to be better, but it seems to have lost its way.

I'll start saying that they're really busy after we get our food. But they should have been better prepared for 12 o'clock. All I wanted was cooking on the grill and was not ready. You said what I got was delicious as usual. Food: 4/5

Staff are not rude, but they are bad at following the order and then charge you extra. (E.g. I specifically asked not to have guacamole. The guy added it, and then I said oh I asked not to have it but I didn 't ask him to remove it. And then they charged for it. Also their rice wasn 't cooked fully, and they didn 't have the grilled vegetables either (fajitas iirc . Also no garbage can, no water at the drink dispenser... Just overall the place is a mess with poor service alas. Understaffed, overworked? idk.
