Chipotle Mexican Grill - Plano

My wife and I have ordered from here multiple times, but more often than not it’s been a bad experience.Today was even worse, as my wife’s bowl had a total of SIX pieces of chicken in it, along with all of the portions seeming much smaller than usual. To make it even worse we placed the order for pickup through the app, so the disappointingly small portion sizes weren’t caught until we were already back home.On top of all of that we cannot even talk to someone regarding our issue, and instead get filtered through a terrible ‘customer support’ experience through the site that exclusively involves communicating with a bot.Definitely the worst chipotle location in the metroplex, and it’s not even close.

Editing my review as of today from a 5 star to 1 starQuality of the staff has gone majorly down hill. They didn't have anything together today and folded a burrito like a taco. The staff was not kind expect for 1 person. This location has gotten worse as time has gone onThe drink station has multiple options nit working and the lemonade has had 2 not working for weeks. Honestly what the heck?! I waited in line for 25 min at 11:30. Once I got to the line I asked for my usual, a burrito, white rice, pinto beans, steak, and sour cream. This burrito was so stuffed that she had to wrap this thing 2 or three times. She could tell I wasn't happy and offered to remove some rice. She literally stuck her hand in my burrito and removed a fist full of rice and proceeded to ask me how I'd like to pay. I told her I do not want that, that is not what I come here for. That portion was the size of mammoths. Ridiculous. Waste of time.

I ordered something online for pickup and a friend offered to pickup my food, he decided to also buy something and look at the difference between ordering online and at the store my salad didn’t have any veggies it was pure hot red sauce with cheese and guacamole super spicy like I requested extra hot sauce in it- not mentioned the burrito for my 6’7” husband it was just pure tortilla nothing inside, also look at the extra guacamole that they charged 3 for it it was a piece of hard as rock avocado- completely upset with this store never coming back ?

I have been to a lot of Chipotles. Some have been terrible. I am happy to say this is the best one I have been too! I went 3 days in a row once because the burritos were so good! I'm not sure why, but the taste, the portions, everything was perfect. This location has set the bar pretty high for the other spots.
