Chicken Express - Plano

The food was served hot and fresh. Our family meal arrived quickly and included all the items we ordered in the bag. We took it home and enjoyed every bite, especially compared to some other places nearby. I will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant!

I regret to say that the side dishes were served cold, and I had to request them to be heated up. The tables didn’t seem to be cleaned properly. The staff appeared disinterested and lacked enthusiasm. On a positive note, the atmosphere was welcoming. However, we won't be returning to this restaurant.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant if you want a comfortable dining experience. The temperature inside was a chilly 55 degrees, making it hard to enjoy our meal. Our food became cold in less than five minutes. There were ventilation openings everywhere, despite it being only 80 degrees outside and cloudy. I ended up throwing my meal away and I won’t be coming back.

Juan Salves was absolutely a 5 star? Man! He had a wonderful customer service and had a huge smile on his face when we wore up. You could hear his smile while he took the order. The food was quickly hot and fresh and the rolls were cooked for perfection. Thank you for a great experience Juan!

Small portions (mac and cheese was like 4oz. , mediocre chicken and a card fee?? $16.00 for this?? Never again.
