Carrabba's Italian Grill - Plano

We always enjoy our meals at Carrabba's. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Highly recommended.

We decided to stop at a restaurant that had a sign saying "pizza" in the windows. However, when we arrived, we saw that there was no pizza available in the menu. The bartender, who was friendly, explained that the decals were still up even though they no longer served pizza. Additionally, we were disappointed by the small pours in the cocktails. As a result, we ended up going to Chuy's instead. Overall, we were not impressed and it's unlikely that we will return to this restaurant.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My wife ordered a steak cooked well done, but it came back rare. It took 20 minutes to receive our food, and then another 15 minutes to get the attention of the waitress who seemed preoccupied with her makeup. It took another 10 minutes to have the steak cooked properly. Overall, we were not satisfied with the service and will not be returning.

I was surprisingly impressed! mustels were so impressive! calamari was good! lemon garlic sauce was great. meatballs I was not all that impressed, but good. embroidered mushrooms were great! ok, the toilets are terrible. very clean and the floor is not even and it is just strange. the service was not good. mumbled, did not smile, did not know half answer to ask etc., but, places are so short personal I give only a less star for this.

Everything was spectacular from the rich flavor vinaigrette on my Italian salad to the creamy Alfredo sauce. My serve/ bartender was so pleasant and friendly (I don't remember his name). He accommodated all my substitutions and ensured me the food was delicious! And it was! This was the best Italian food I had in a long time! Lastly, my server prepared me a pomegranate lemonade togo that had my tongue dancing. This is a MUST TRY restaurant, you will not be disappointed!
