Love this place, I don't drink alcohol but the food is really good and the price better I love the staff, they are really nice always

Great food, nice seating area outside with very few people at the height of lunch. Everyone nicely spaced out and all servers with masks but not always wearing them (reason for not 5 stars).

Cafe Max has been one of our favorite restaurants, and our absolute favorite salad spot, for years. We started with the Richardson location and eventually moved our business to the Plano location. One of the remarkable characteristics of Cafe Maxhas been the consistency of their salads. The chicken salad and Caesar salad have been wonderfully, consistently made for years!Until today. Both salads from Plano were different today. And not in a good way! They simply failed to meet their usual highstandards. I wanted to send management an email (and avoid this online review) but they will not accept emails. Only snail mail.Who does that?! Hopefully someone in management will see this review and correct this problem. Otherwise, loyal customers likeus will give them one more chance and move on if the next experience is similar to today.

Absolutely love this place the staff! Everything is going up in prices so I truly don?t mind spending the extra buck. Portions are huge, can last me for lunch for 2 days! I?ve already picked away at some but portions are very fair and fresh!

This is my go-to spot for catering! I always pick up the food, and again, the portions are substantial. I opt for the salad sampler so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The muffins are great, and the rolls are just as good; I always grab extras in case anyone wants more. It's an excellent value and a fantastic alternative to box lunches or pizza, etc. This location is one of three, and all are wonderful! They are a bit tucked away, which probably helps keep the rent down. Seek one out, and you will not be disappointed!
