Burger King - Plano

Staff work drive thru was rude/unprofessional throughout the entire encounter. Incapable of understanding order/request, the wrong drink also after restoring the drink, not able to provide sufficient sauces for quantity of food that was ordered, and was unprofessional with a bad posture before the customer. During the transaction, employees did not enter, and when asked for input, they seemed to have torn up the lower part of the input so that I could not present an experiential survey.

Management staff do well prepared food properly order food right on time by car through and dinner clean restaurant environment thanks to Burger King Management and staff

Don't get me wrong. It's not bad. When I left, it was pretty clean right? No cup lids on the side, no straws. You are on the vault, where your ordered original food, far away. The burger was cold and the frits and nuggets were hot. The food was good. Now they charge 27 cents for extra sauce and 50 cents for water. Is that just in this place? or any Burger King?

This are the large fries I’d expect it to be a little more full than that..mi kids meals did not have enough fries either the little fries bag looked almost empty when we got home and no they didn’t eat it on the way home i had the msg on the front passenger seat
