Ben Jerry’s - Plano

This shoppe is filthy. The windows are so dirty you cannot see through them. The counters, refrigerator doors look like they have never been wiped off and the floors need to be swept! To add insult to my visit it cost $10.00 for a small cup of vanilla ice cream with some hot fudge and a dusting of walnuts on top. Won't be coming back here. Need to call the Board of Health!

Zero stars if I could I ordered a cake for girlfriend's birthday and it looks horrible wrote email and the store manager called my girlfriend's phone and belittled her about the complaints so I sent high quality iPhone video to him so he could see how horrible it was and he never replied So I called him and he told me the video is horrible quality and cake looks great and told me he didn't want to deal with me. Can't post videos here but I've got some pics.

I'd give them zero stars if I could! I ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday and this is what I got. I don't even want to take a picture with if and post it it looks so bad. It looks like a child wrote on it. Anyone could do better. So I called corporate and they said it looks fine to them and there is nothing they can do he was very rude to. Will never buy from them again.

We had Ben and Jerry's cater our wedding reception and it was a hit! Hunter was really prompt about reaching out to our venue and getting everything sorted without my needing to get involved and it was great! Ice cream is the new wedding cake :

Milkshake was like drinking a cup of milk. And the staff was very unprofessional I was served by a girl you could tell she was a bit new and other employees did not try to help her when I put my order in. They conversed as she struggled with out any help or guidance. Will not be back !
