La Trattoria - Plaisir

Wonderful amazing and worth the travel to France It's pretty great traveling from America to find such a charming place to eat.

We saw this Trattoria on our way back to the hotel from work and decided to have dinner there. It appears to be one of those classic family run Italian restaurant which they probably live above the restaurant. I had the Antipasto Misto, the Filet Rossini and a Peroni. The antipasto was very tasty, I'm a huge fan of Italian deli meats. The steak Rossini was very good, writing about it now, I'm salivating. It's a very casual place and we ate in the garden/patio and the weather was wonderful. The family had two small children that were helping out here and there, it was very cute.

Pizzas cooked with fresh produce: it’s delicious! Very friendly and attentive staff to customers.

Decent pizzas without being extraordinary, and rather disappointing dishes: not enough taste in all that. Nothing bad, just food. Too bad, we had lunch in an excellent Italian restaurant (not more expensive) a few weeks before, and this one did not compare. Service a little too long, too bad: no dessert.
