I’ve ordered food here many times and often times it’s cold, or takes so long that I have to park in their parking lot. There was a time where I placed a mobile order, and got told my order was already picked up when it wasn’t. After getting yelled at multiple times from the manager who didn’t believe it was MY order, and I tried to show proof of my email receipt I finally got my order. This place is always disorganized, has very bad customer service, and the food isn’t that great either. I don’t recommend this place and I’m glad it’s closed.
One of the nicer McDonald's in the area. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Sorry to hear it will be closing this week.
The WORST MCDONALDs in town!!! This place ALWAYS serves cold food that have been sitting around for hours! The burgers look as if a 2 year old made them, the nuggets taste like they have been there since the morning, and the French fries are NEVER hot. This place DOESNT SERVE FRESH FOOD! They serve hours old food and is sickening!! Hartford McDonalds is much better, and that’s sad that a white town can’t have a better McDonald’s. Will NEVER spend my money at this location EVER AGAIN!! BUYERS BE WARE THEY ARE AWFUL!!!
Food was warm and fries good, but when I went on Wednesday October 4th a awkward moment happened between her and a order lady or man idk, they called her baby and know she's married to find out it's a transgender man talkin to her it was weird :P
They don't want to work so lazy of people and they're was a lady out side just talking to an other lady doing nothing I just wanted a McFlurry but did not get it.
