Friendly and efficient service. Open early for breakfast which is great for a stop on the way to or from Brisbane airport. Decent amount of food for the price. Was quite happy with The Coffee Club.

Enjoy the friendly staff, the quite spaces and food. This Coffee Club does it for me for great service to customer being put first.

Coffee is always atrocious and burnt to high hell. Was willing to give this place the benefit of the doubt after my bad experience last time but had yet another coffee today and it was just the same.More concerning is that the manager appears way too keen on harassing the young girls instead of doing her actual job. She was acting much the same at my last visit but I had thought she was maybe just having a bad day. Clearly not.If these employees are school aged trainees the owners really need to rethink taking them on if this manager is consistently going to talk to them like garbage. Poor girls.Service needs to pick up and the senior staff need to pull their weight. Won't be back.

In the few places we stopped at the coffee club, be it plainland or elsewhere, I found the personal friendly, but the coffee and the meal disappointing. while I understand that meals are made at a price, the coffee club are expensive compared to other local caffes. they can get a better eating somewhere else for less money. the personal is excellent. eating is average and too expensive. for example the $3 hash brown; if they both hungry jacks and kfc sell them for $1 right next door. the eggs benedict is as basic as it becomes. two slices of tasteless ham, two overcooked eggs, two small portions of dry brot and a few teaspoons of the factory made hollandaise sauce. it's almost like...read more

This morning on the way to brisbane for a coffee. ordered a caramel latte with an additional shot coffee, and got a warm 3/4 cup sweet, made of milk.
