At times, it is impossible to place an accurate order through a device at a restaurant in Joliet. All of the staff hired here are young, African American individuals who do not pay attention when taking orders.
I was on a school trip and our school bus was unable to continue on the journey due to road closures, even though the signs indicated that the lobby was open.
