Mcbride's Pub And Grille - Plainfield

I visited this restaurant on Thursday at noon. The bartender was also our server, and there were about 10-15 customers present. She was fantastic—very attentive and friendly. Our food arrived quickly and was surprisingly delicious. The restaurant is larger than it appears from the outside. I will definitely return!

Great food! Definitely try her turkey bacon club or the Cajun chicken pata. You will not be disappointed! Only in case there are parking spaces and their slot machines. They let the people “save” the machines by leaving a few cents on them and they glue a machine recorded, but they sit at the bar drink etc. 4 of the 6 machines had reserved signs on them and not a person was on them in the 45 minutes I was there. One person asked if they could play one of them and a group at the bar said they were not on them.

Wasn't crowded at all, which is what I like. Staff was friendly, bartender was fast. Drinks are good prices and everything was clean. Had a lot of fun!

I stopped by for lunch and ordered a turkey and cheese panini. To be honest, I initially thought it was ham because the turkey didn't look as thick or distinct as I expected. However, in the end, it turned out to be a tasty sandwich!

McBride's are known for their Daily Specials especially their Burger Specials on Sunday and Tuesday. I'm on a low carb diet so they serve me without the bungalow and have delicious broccoli as a sub for pommes...
