Mcalister's Deli - Plainfield

I have visited this restaurant several times and have consistently enjoyed both the service and the food. Today, I placed an online order through their third-party provider, which was incredibly straightforward. When my order arrived home, I noticed that two items were missing. I called the restaurant and spoke with Katia, who helped me arrange to pick up the missing items. When I arrived, Katia greeted me, apologized for the mix-up (acknowledging that the bag should have been checked), and not only provided me with the missing items but also surprised me with two VIP cards for future meals and a bag of chocolate chip cookies! This is top-notch service in my opinion.

Since then, we have visited several times and have consistently received excellent service and enjoyed delicious food.

Today my first time McAlisters tried. I understand now why my friends swear on your tea! Her sweet peach tea and tuna sandwich on the Croissant book were both delicious, and the staff was very helpful and friendly on my first trip.

I am so happy to finally have McAlister's in Plainfield! Hubby and I have been here quite a few times and haven't had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and hot, love the chicken and dumpling soup. Service is good for sit down or take out. Love the tea and cookies too!
