Place is very clean and organized. But $6.50 for a small cup of Elotes is insane. Especially considering it was filled 3/4 of the way.

This place is really pushing it with the prices. I'm not sure if it's run by the same folks as El Barrio in Romeoville, but moving to Plainfield seems to have turned them into price bandits. I mean, $17.99 for a burrito dinner? When you can get a burrito for just $9.99? It's practically daylight robbery. I might as well go for two burritos and call it a day.

What a find in a strip center .. great food .. excellent. If I lived closer I would be using this place as my takeout kitchen. Kind wait staff .. but the food is what keeps me stopping in.. I think this is the cleanest taqueria I ever stopped in .. couldn't ask for a better experience .. Felt compelled to tip additional after experiencing the food and the service ..

We had chimichanga with carne asada and tacos with steak, barbacoa and shrimp.Chimichanga and the fixings near it all tasted very fresh and tasty.Same thing with the tacos as well.If you go on Tuesdays, they have special pricing for Taco Tuesday.Seems like a family run place. Nice and friendly neighborhood feel.A very convenient location also by highway 59 and 135th. Always enough parking available so that should not be a problem.Worth a try ?Parking: Even though it seems like the spots are limited, I have never had a problem finding parking anywhere near this store.
