Reliable. Friendly staff. Sometimes drive thru is slow but the drinks are quality! Prefer this to Starbucks most days!

I went here for the first time about a week ago. The customer service was great and my mocha mocha latte was tastey. The only reason Im rating this place four stars instead of five is because the lobby didnt feel cozy or ambient. It felt a bit like a cafeteria to me. I was going to go here to do some work on my laptop and it felt kind of cramped and cold compared to other coffee shops Ive been to. I didnt stay long for this reason. Wouldve loved to give five stars, but the lobby could use some TLC.

The macaroons are amazing and the drinks are always perfect!

I'll start with it, I understand why they have to take their time and I'm not crazy about it. I and my friend go there a few times in the week, many paints there is a wait, but I know that they tend, picky, rude people and be ok that I have to wait because they always treat us friendly, the drinks are always amazing and eating is perfect. not even I have a bad experience, I think everyone deserves an increase idc what someone else says

Prepare to wait. the quality of the product is fantastic, the wait almost makes it not worth it. 30 minutes in the car thru for 2 drinks
