Baker's Dozen Of Plainfield

This local business chain is rocking it in the customer service department! We are always willing to go out of our way to get their donuts. The speed at which the drive through moves and their attention to detail in getting the order right the first time solidifies in my mind where I want to go when I'm in a hurry and don't want any additional frustrations in my day.

I was having a horrible morning stopped here for a banana and a bagel which was delicious and the cashier was so nice and friendly it changed my entire day. Recommend 100

LOVE the coffee! LOVE the different flavors!!! My daughter loves to try all the different donuts! Seems you are going to wait in a line at times but the line moves appropriately. Staff could definitely be a little more friendly at times as they have treated me like I was bothering them.

Good bagels and hot vanilla chai. Plus they got veggie cream cheese. Pulling into the place can be annoying due to traffic and the fact the drive thru line will extend to the entrance. Have rarely had any issues here.
