My recent visit to Backroads Burger Bar in Chicago was a delightful experience that showcased a delectable selection of burgers and an inviting ambiance perfect for a casual meal with friends.Upon entering Backroads Burger Bar, the laid-back and rustic decor immediately caught my attention. The restaurant 's cozy interior, with its wooden accents and comfortable seating, created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for a satisfying dining experience.The menu at Backroads Burger Bar featured a variety of creative burger options, each one boasting unique flavors and mouthwatering combinations. After careful consideration, I decided to try their signature Backroads Burger and their Truffle Parmesan Fries. The Backroads Burger was a true treat for my taste buds. The juicy beef patty, cooked to perfection, was topped with melted cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and a special tangy sauce. It was served on a soft and toasted brioche bun that added a hint of sweetness to each bite. The combination of flavors and textures made it a satisfying burger choice.

Very nice and lively place. We went on Wednesday night and even then they had musical bingo and the place got loud (but in a good jovial way).We ordered: Boujee Burger Dublin roundabouts and gravy (basically beef tips medallions) Elotes on the sideGood presentation of food. Tender meat all around.The burger was a bit sloppy to eat with all the sauce they put on it, but oh well..This place is definitely worth checking out ?

There are burgers... Then there are THESE burgers... Cooked to perfection, covered in decadent intriguing flavor combinations, served with crispy well seasoned sides.Our server was wonderful: shout out to Tammy! ?Drinks on point. Thank you for such an enjoyable date night out.

Wow is what I have to say. We started with the big arse pretzel. It was huge and the best fresh pretzel I’ve ever had. Had the Moco Loco as my main dish and if you prefer rice over bread I highly recommend. It was amazing. Our hostess, Jackie, was super attentive, checked on our needs frequently and had the gift of gab and humor. I will definitely bring back family and friends to try more selections on the menu. Whoever the owner and chef is, you’ve done a great job and earned a return customer.

Met a friend for dinner here. We had never been before. The patio was perfect! Our server was so fun and really on top of everything. The food was delicious! I will definitely be back.Food: 5/5
