Very nice restaurant! It's a shame that they were not able to cook my steak rare as I ordered it but they recognized their mistake and cooked another one rare as I ordered (the steak was 50) The staff was nice and the location great. The service at this restaurant was friendly and attentive, with Ryan as our server. Everything from drinks to dessert was fantastic. One of my friends raved about the Mac and cheese, while another enjoyed the espresso martini. I decided on the Pork Tenderloin, while my husband and friend tried the Halibut special, which they said was excellent. Our other friend, who is very particular about his steaks, was pleased with his ribeye and topped it off with an affogato. We were too full to try dessert, but overall, our first experience at this restaurant was excellent and we will definitely be returning.

Our server, Trevor was pleasant as always, and enjoyed our dining experience. 

Very much enjoyed the service and food as usual but our initial drink order did take about 15 minutes to prepare.  regardless, always a good experience at the independent!

Excellent as always!!!! Two had the Salmon and said it was one of the best they’ve ever had. Another had the salmon/pesto/pasta, and I had my favorite fried chicken.
