The Flame Broiler - Placentia

The restaurant doesn't offer more than one sauce, regardless of how much food you order.

This is the worst Flame Broiler I’ve ever been to. The owners are extremely stingy and won't even offer more than one sauce. On top of that, the customer service is rude and terrible. Even though this location is just a minute’s walk from my house, I’d rather drive 10 minutes to the next Flame Broiler.

Great location! The pickup of my mailmates came with some wonderful extras, and everything was perfect! The staff was friendly and pleasant, and the food was fantastic—fresh, well-cooked, and exactly how I ordered it. I will definitely be returning to this place. Thank you, ladies!

I always get half the bowl. This special location is consistently good and the family that owns it is very friendly and offers amazing service. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Great food, great service, great prices! Love the chicken veggie bowl. My friend had the half and half veggie bowl. The prices are very fair, good food at good prices. They served us very quickly and were very cordial. This place is great for quick in and out, or a sit down meal.
