Shanghai Garden - Placentia

The restaurant has several large round tables suitable for bigger groups, as well as a lovely outdoor terrace for those who enjoy al fresco dining. One of my personal favorites is the combo egg foo young, which features a large patty piled high with an abundance of fresh vegetables and meat. It’s unlike any egg foo young I’ve ever had, and it’s become my absolute favorite! There are so many delicious dishes to choose from—you really need to try them for yourself! The to-go orders are always neatly packed, making this a perfect spot to stop by after work and take home a wonderful meal.

I brought my girlfriend, a local resident of Hong Kong, to this restaurant, and we ordered the Chinese squash and dumplings. Everything was outstanding. The food was delicious and unique. The staff caters to both Americans and Chinese customers by offering an English menu as well as a special Chinese menu.
