Mariscos Playa De Corales - Placentia

We attempted to dine at this restaurant since the hours indicated it was open until 1am. However, when we arrived, the doors were locked and we were informed by the staff that the manager "decides what time we close" and instructed to come back the next day. Please update the operating hours on your website and switch off the "open" sign.

When it comes to great food and a great atmosphere, Corales Beach is the obvious choice! After returning from Washington to California, Playa de Corales will always be my favorite seafood restaurant.

I ordered a michelada for my wife and a cuguama for myself at the restaurant, but the waiter seemed uninformed about the drinks he was serving. He initially mentioned Victoria and Pacific without much detail, and when I asked for a specific brand, he had a bad attitude. I noticed another customer had a loggerhead, so I requested that instead. Unfortunately, when the waiter brought it to me, the glass was dirty. Despite being a picky Mexican, I didn't say anything. The waiter's behavior made me quite upset, so I didn't ask for anything else after that. However, the plate lifter was very attentive. I ended up ordering prepared oysters, two loggerheads, one model, and a michelada, totaling $117.00. I left only a $3 tip for the good service from the plate lifter because of the waiter's attitude. If you're not happy with your job, find another one. I will never return to this place again. The food was decent, but one bad waiter can ruin the whole experience.

You can actually enjoy really good and fresh Mexican food. They offer a large variety of dishes with really good flavor.
