I hadn't visited Baskin-Robbins in years, so I decided to use a gift card I had. They had a great deal where you could buy two 1-quart pre-packed tubs for $10.99, but unfortunately, there was no sugar-free option available. The sugar-free choice was priced at $10.99 for just one quart, which was a bit disappointing. It would be great if they could include a sugar-free option in the pre-packed selection. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience.
I don't usually treat myself to ice cream, but my kids are big fans of the America's Birthday Cake flavor that becomes available every July. As a result, I end up buying a few hand-packed quarts during the month. So far this year, I’ve purchased three quarts, and each one has been nearly half empty when I checked at home. The next time I visited, I mentioned this issue to the server and asked them to make sure to pack it properly. They acknowledged my request, but unfortunately, the problem persisted, and they didn't even weigh the quarts! I also participated in the online survey for a dollar discount, but the staff member said the code wasn't working and flat out refused to give me the discount. He was incredibly rude and wouldn't let me speak to a manager either. Overall, this location is terrible; the employees are slow, unhelpful, and seem to lack basic training much of the time.
I walk in and it?s probably five minutes past closing they said that they were closed and I asked said can I please get just one scoop of ice cream so they kindly allowed it and throughout the process everybody in there was very kind with a smile I did not feel like I was there last customer and they were wanting to go home I felt like I could?ve been the first customer of the day so very welcomed. There are places that I have been that has far from that type of service lately and so it was refreshing and I left with a smile put it that way and my favorite ice cream! Definitely recommend
Quick to great you when you walk in, but no real organization on customers when you come in. Might accidentally get skipped in line if you don?t pay attention.
