Village Bakery Cafe, Pittsford Ny

Please fix their online order and get them time system to reflect their actual capacity! their online system does not offer any realistic pick-up times for ordering. we have ordered and selected pick-up times in their system over an hour. we have waited for more than 30 minutes past collection time for an order and thought it was a fuke. nope waited an hour past pickup time for the last pickup order. Those who love to eat will adjust their order times if their pickup times were much more accurate. some can only lose them as long as the customers because their ordering time with their online order system is a mistake.

Food was good and reasonably priced. Seating can be a problem around lunch. Saw a couple of people sitting there not eating just on their computers for more than an hour.

I absolutely adore this bakery cafe! The bread is excellent and the coffee is fantastic. The service is exceptional as well. The only suggestion I have is to accurately draw Keuka Lake on the chalk board.

I absolutely adore Village Bakery! While we typically visit the Victor location at Eastview Mall, the menu seems to be the same at the Pittsford spot, and the food is consistently outstanding. The Pittsford location offers a more spacious setting for those seeking a sit-down breakfast or lunch. Village Bakery is exceptionally accommodating to allergies and dietary restrictions, and their sandwiches never disappoint. Their house-baked bread, especially the sourdough, is top-notch. Additionally, their coffee drinks are all fantastic.

I ordered avocado TOAST and was given sliced avocados on non-toasted bread. No salt or pepper and the avocados were a bit brown. I ordered a poached egg and asked for it to be cooked extra and it was still raw in spots. Thoroughly disappointed.
