It's Just Wings - Pittsfield

I ordered food and paid with my card. After waiting 45 minutes, I was informed that my order had been taken by someone else. I spoke to the manager on the phone who was unhelpful and claimed my order couldn't be found. Eventually, I found my order and was told I would receive a refund in the morning. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, wasting 1 hour and 20 minutes of my time.

The texture of the hush puppies was odd and gummy, and they were soggy. The sauces were not very good either. I would not choose to order this dish again.

This was my first visit and I am hesitant to return, especially with concerns about the replacement food being made.

The chicken had a strange, rubbery texture and was soggy, and the sauces were not very flavorful. I wouldn't recommend ordering it again.
