Golden Phoenix - Pittsfield

I normally LOVE ordering from here, but not today. I was told my food would be here by a certain time and it’s over an hour late. After calling for the second time, I was told “he has many orders”. I understand being busy but if you are you might want to say your delivery time is more that 30 mins. Definitely going to rethink ordering from here in the future now.

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had 2 bites and it went in the trash. chicken was not fully cooked neither was the rice. and waited an hour for delivery.

I ordered pupu plater..its all over cooked..rice is musshy...and chicken is all batter...nasty...

Love the food here. Best Chinese food in MA. We drive over an hour just to bring this excellent food home.
