I wish I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars. This is only my second time ordering from them and I am addicted. I had the steak hoagie called the Filliponi and it was the best sub I've ever had. They use real steak and the toppings, like a garlic sauce, were delicious. I also tried the DiGregorio, an Italian sub, and the bread was fresh and the ingredients were top quality. The meat tasted fresh and not like cheap sandwich meat, with thick slices of fresh paprika, pepperoni, and salami. I regret spending money at other pizza shops because Yolis has the best pizza I've ever had. I can't wait to try everything on the menu. Thank you for using real ingredients.

I had a craving for a steak salad tonight, so I decided to order the Strip District salad with house dressing. The salad was fresh and crisp, and the steak was cooked perfectly. The dressing was delicious and really hit the spot. The service was great, and even though it was takeout, everything was ready on time. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. After waiting for 90 minutes, I called back and was informed it would be an additional 30 minutes because they had a driver. They did not bother to notify me of the delay. After another call, the manager finally spoke with me. I mentioned that my food had been dropped and he abruptly hung up on me. I told him to stop gossiping about me and that their customer service was unacceptable. I will never order from this ignorant restaurant again.
