Some of the best Chinese food I have had in awhile. I like the addition of the greens to the stir fry. Very partial to the Hunan chicken, extra spicy. Besides salad that comes with lunch is also very good. Better than a typical iceberg lettuce salad.
Love this place...reasonable prices..fast service.. very friendly staff..We started off with the Seafood Martini tuna salmon whitefish cucumber with Wasabi lime juice glass served in a martini glass.. even my 9 year old niece loved it.....my boyfriend had the Chicken Teriyaki it came with sautéed onions sesame seeds and rice ..very delicious. We shared the Wonton soup for 2 baby corn mushrooms 4 wontons shrimp chicken broccoli. I had Baked Avocado stuffed with crab and Masato and topped with caviar..it is one of my favorites.. We try to go once a month.
I have been to Ya Fei once with my for dinner. So this review is based on single experience. It's a descent place if you in mood for asian food. I and kids actually liked their fried calamari. Both sushi rolls were good. Mala chicken was descent but we were expecting dry, fried mala chicken however this was I guess American Chinese version of it, not sure though. Overall we were happy with our experience. For a family of 4 it costed us $100. I would definitely try Ya Fei again.
This is a lively spot we enjoy visiting from time to time. The staff is always the same and they're friendly and efficient. On our recent lunch visit, we were seated, ordered, and finished in just 45 minutes, even with some time to look over the menu! The food was delicious—while it tends to cater to mainstream American tastes with a focus on sweeter flavors, it was still very enjoyable. The only downside is that their prices have increased significantly in the past year; we ended up spending nearly $20 per person, which feels steep for lunch.
