The nitro cold brew at this restaurant is great, but I wish they also offered pour over coffee.

The owners of this restaurant seem to lack basic business management skills and fail to oversee their stores properly. The location is understaffed, yet they have chosen to expand store hours instead of addressing the issue. This decision has spread their limited staff even thinner, resulting in a lack of efficiency. The company shows a lack of passion for coffee and relies heavily on automation. The cleanliness of the fridges is questionable, making it concerning to consume drinks from them. Safety hazards are also present, such as the risk of the bay door breaking while opening or closing. There is an unwelcoming atmosphere, with staff making rude remarks within earshot of customers. It is clear that the workers are under a lot of stress, but this should not be taken out on customers who are simply ordering a drink. The prices are high considering the quality of service. It is hoped that the staff receive better treatment and higher wages to improve the situation, as the current chaos is not worth the low pay. It is advisable to avoid this establishment until significant changes are made.

I’ve been in a funk all day. Eventually I realized the only thing that would make feel better is an iced latte. The only place near me that was open past 5 was strbks, and that just wasn’t going to cut it. I drove out of my way to coffee tree roasters, having never been there before. To the lovely soul working the bar today, thank you. This is the most perfect iced latte of my life. I’m sorry the jerk in front of me only tipped you 25 cents. Ps- union coffee just hits different

I drive long distances just to come to this restaurant. I spend the journey listening to hip hop music, Taylor Swift songs, and crime podcasts. When I arrive, I find a place where I can work, enjoy coffee, and let my mind wander. The restaurant is large enough to have quiet areas, yet small enough to give off a New York City vibe.

This is more of a question to the company; have you stopped selling your bottled drinks at country fair? I can no longer find them. They are seriously my favorite coffee to get in my small town.
