Starbucks - Pittsburgh

The restaurant has a mixed atmosphere; some staff members are friendly, while others can be quite rude. I've experienced delays during my visits, and at times, they seem to ignore me. As for dietary restrictions, they do allow processed ingredients.

This Starbucks location is similar to others, but the service here is outstanding. The staff is friendly, and I've visited many locations without any issues with my orders. Overall, it's one of the better Starbucks I’ve been to.

I always have a great experience here. There’s usually plenty of street parking whenever I visit, and the baristas consistently prepare my drinks just the way I like them. The taste is always reliable, regardless of who is making my order. Plus, Ashley (with the purple hair) is always so energetic and delightful!

Went in for a hot chocolate there and it tasted terrible. When I complained about it they claimed it was premium. I said it was not sweet at all. The staff member suggested I was not sophisticated enough to enjoy it.The place is over priced and I have never walked into another Starbucks since. This is a hard avoid. It is the worst of the new south side.
