Sanremo Pizza - Pittsburgh

We came from out of state and this was by far our favorite place!! Pizza was delicious and the service was so quick and friendly : a must visit!

This has become an absolute go-to lunch spot for me. Everything they make is great and the guys who run the place really care about their customers. It's tucked away just outside the hustle and bustle of market square, so you'll be forgiven if you haven't stumbled across it yet. The prices are great, the people are great, there's really no better place in town to grab a quick slice and an ice cold beer at an affordable price you wouldn't believe. Personally, I can't go a week without it!

First visit today. Excellent pizza. Can't wait to try their hoagies, next visit.

Best pizza downtown, hands down. Crust is good, good amount of toppings, great value. One time they ran out of fresh mushrooms (I love that they use fresh mushrooms) and he let me know when I put in the order that they ran out and only had canned for a couple days. I was so appreciative that he told me that, I went ahead and canceled the order and said I’d order later in the week or the following week. The only thing I’m not the biggest fan of is the style of ranch dressing there, but I usually just get pizza anyway and don’t need it. I’m always recommending them to people who ask, coworkers, etc.

Tony and Ronnie were an absolute delight, and the pizza was some of the best I've ever had. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good local Pittsburgh experience.
