Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Amazing ice cream and better service! I had the chocolate and the coffee custard. The coffee flavor was a little too sweet to my liking but the chocolate custard was so rich and flavorful.The staff was incredibly helpful. I’d go back again just to have a conversation with them. It's cold and it has childhood nostalgia. I can't say it's actually all that tasty as frozen desserts go, but it's a neighborhood fixture.

First time visiting. Young lady with red hair behind the counter taking orders was short with us and seemed confused when we gave her our orders. I've worked customer service before so I was making extra sure I wasn't being a j She wasn't just rude to us but also the other two staff members who were making our orders. Instead of writing orders down she just said them to her coworkers and got snarky when they asked for clarification. I got my shake and right away noticed it was missing the toppings I asked for. I brought it to her attention and she claimed they were blended in. She walked away and asked the employee who made my shake if he actually put them in. He said no and she laughed. When the rest of my order arrived I let her know I heard their conversation. With attitude she asked if I wanted them to remake it and angrily tossed it when I politely asked please.
